The Listening Group brand design for the Mermaid Arts Centre, Bray.
This design project is for a series of events at the Mermaid Arts Centre in Bray, County Wicklow. Described as a book club for the ears, the first event happened on 25 February 2024. The structure of the logo takes the form of sound related shapes; trumpet shaped lettering and extended triangles to represent volume controls.
The first Listening Group on 25 February 2024 was co-curated by sound artists Joseph Young and Anthony Kelly.
